Crusted Salmon

Prep time- 5 minutes
Cooking Time- 25 minutes ish
Feeds 4-6

Number of things that get dirty- 1
baking pan (you can cheat and it barely gets dirty if you line it with a peice of parchment paper)

Ingredients
Side of salmon
1/3 - 1/2 C Your favourite salad dressing
1 C Corn flakes
plastic bag

  1. lay salmon out skin side down on parchment lined tray
  2. lightly smother (and rub in) with your favourite salad dressing (I love it with Garlic dressing, but Italian also works well.)
  3. put corn flakes into bag. Tie up the bag being careful to remove most of the air. Release your frustrations on the corn flakes. until they are bigger than bred crumbs but smaller than, well, cornflakes).
  4. sprinkle and packdpwn the cornflakes on top of the dressing

Bake uncovered at 350* for 20-30 minutes until the fish is flakey.
